How does it work?
It consists of 6 weeks long courses with easy to swallow 7 day chunks. Each week is ‘themed’ around a special area of interest - be it energy boost, slimmer thighs, glowing skin, reducing cellulite – you name it, we got it.
Each day belongs to a section: Workout, Diet, Treatment. Each day we focus on one thing – but a week addresses issue as a whole.
