Day One: How to Make Divine Goals

Ok, you have decided – this is it! This time you are making a real change and starting a completely new life.
You are determined to put previous year behind you and start fresh.
You decided to loose weight, fit in this fabulous silk dress, eat healthier, exercise more…STOP!

You are setting yourself up for the failure.

As you probably have experienced yourself, most people end up giving up on their New Year’s Resolutions. The result is that you feel incompetent and like you are not self-disciplined enough to follow through and you might conclude that the whole idea just doesn’t work.

But it is not your fault, so don’t feel guilty about not sticking to the last New Year’s Resolutions.

The main reason we do not succeed with our New Year’s plans is because the majority of exercise and diet programs are plain boring and so restrictive, you get hungry and tired just by looking at your ‘to do’ list. They are too unrealistic to stick for very long – no matter how much will power you have.
