Workout : Total time:16 min
5 min stretching
5 min of walking with a jump rope
 + 1 min of jumping rope (believe me, that’s enough for a first timers:)
5 min of walking with a jump rope

What each section achieves?
1. By  stretching your muscles first you prevent injury
2. By walking with jump rope you are actually teaching your body the correct movements. It will make jumping easier at the next stage. It also does wonders for your arms; you engage your upper body in gentle way.  It prepares muscles for the upcoming burst of activity.
3. You are burning fat (a little as it’s only a minute, but don’t worry it will increase), boosting your metabolism, building muscles and improving your fitness level.  Lots of goodness comes from jumping rope. Did I mention that you also just have done your first minute of the only exercise proven to get rid of cellulite? Yuppiee!
4. Again, you are cooling down in gentle way. Take care of your body and it will take care of you.
